01 OBJECTIVE

Monster Hydro is one of newest sub-brands in the Monster Energy Corporation portfolio. Since the emergence of the brand they have spent most of their time and energy on sponsorships and events, with not a lot fo focus on content creation. From concepts, to execution (including post production) our goal was to hand over evergreen content to the Monster Hydro team use over the course of the 6-12 months on their social media pages, website, and blog.

From start to finish, I crafted up a game plan and put together a story board for 5 different shoots. At each shoot we not only captured still lifestyle photography, but also short-form video content for their Instagram stories and posts (nothing over :20 each). Each asset that was produced encapsulated the #HardChargingHydration in a variety of scenarios

03

EXTRA

After wrapping up the evergreen content for @MonsterHydro we were asked to document one of their gravel bike athletes as he prepared for an upcoming race. The race was only about 3 weeks out so we had to hit the ground running. The goal was to put together a full edit that communicated a “day-in-the-life” of athlete Brian McCollach through a visual narrative.

RESULTS

Our work continues to be featured on MONSTER's social pages and website. In addition, we helped tailor an article that was written about their cycling athlete Brian McCulloch (read here).

Our hope is that our visual content for MONSTER HYDRO inspires consumers to move and improve a little more each day. The desire to be better, the drive to turn failure into strength, to get people where they are and keep going, and to be in consumers head when they need to push through a wall. MONSTER HYDRO and MONSTER MUSCLE is not just for athletes, its for people who want to unlock their potential.
